摘要
金融消费者权益保护工作的稳步开展、有序推进,既提升了金融机构的服务质量和水平,又振奋了公众对金融业稳健发展的信心。针对当前金融消费纠纷频发、信访投诉居高不下、监管机制不够健全等问题,要在借鉴域外金融消费者保护实践的基础上,不断强化我国金融消费者权益保护工作的力度,要通过强化立法以确保金融消费者保护的规范性,通过加强监管以确保金融消费者保护的有效性,通过推动变革以确保金融消费者保护的及时性,通过积极引导以确保金融消费者保护的自发性。
The steady development and orderly promotion of financial consumer rights protection have not only promoted the service quality and level of financial institutions,but also boosted the public’s confidence in the steady development of the financial industry.In view of the current frequent financial consumption disputes,high petition complaints,imperfect supervision mechanism and other issues,on the basis of learning from the practice of financial consumer protection abroad,we should continuously strengthen the protection of China ’s financial consumer rights and interests,ensure the standardization of financial consumer protection through strengthening legislation,ensure the effectiveness of financial consumer protection by strengthening the supervision,make sure the timeliness of financial consumer protection through promoting change,and ensure the spontaneousness of financial consumer protection through active guidance.
