LED工业照明在阳极炉应用分析

摘要 随着我国工业生产的高速发展,工业厂房照明水平逐年提高,且冶金类的工厂环境恶劣,灯具数量多,同时对照明质量、节能环保等方面也提出了更高的要求,适用于各种特定环境的照明灯具应运而生。根据贵溪冶炼厂熔炼车间阳极炉厂房常用的金属卤化物灯的应用比较,收集了LED新型节能灯具在实际的改造运用中的数据,并从照明质量、节能效果和节能收益等角度了分析了熔炼车间使用LED照明灯具的优势,分析结果表明LED工业照明在阳极炉的应用达到了较好的效果。 With the rapid development of China's industrial production, industrial workshop lighting level increased year by year. But the environment of the metallurgy factory was bad, also the number of lamps was large. As the higher requirements for lighting quality, energy saving and environmental protection, all kinds of specific environment function lighting was developed. According to the application of metal halide lamps used in smelting workshop anode furnace plant in Guixi smelter, this paper collected the data of energy-saving of LED lamps from the application of the actual transformation. And based on the lighting quality, saving energy effect and benefit, the advantage of LED lighting used in smelting workshop have been analyzed. The application result showed that the LED lamps used in anode furnace could achieve a good effect.
