摘要
为实现在厂家未提供详细的设计条件前提下开展主变基础设计和施工,设计出一种电力变压器基础转换装置,包括混凝土底座。该装置由通过螺栓连接工字钢而成的转换支座和表面设置凹槽的混凝土底座组成。详细描述了转换装置的设计思路以及其组成和连接方式,分析其工作原理。对变压器基础转换装置进行了制作安装试验,试验结果表明,该转换装置既可以伸长,也可以缩短,能适应各种变压器底座的尺寸要求,不用焊接,方便安装与更换,通用性强。
In order to realize the main design and construction of the main transformer before the manufacturer has not provided detailed design conditions, a power transformer base conversion device, including concrete base, is designed. The device consists of a connecting rod made of bolts to connect the I-beam and a concrete base with a grooved surface. The design idea of the conversion device and its composition and connection are described in detail, and the working principle is analyzed. The test results show that the conversion device can be elongated or shortened, can meet the size requirements of various transformer base, without welding, easy to install and replace, versatility.
