摘要 带电粒子放疗通常被认为是肿瘤放射治疗的前沿技术。而碳离子束放射治疗(C-ion RT)在近年来带电粒子治疗肿瘤中应用日趋广泛且治疗效果明显。世界范围内有几十家质子治疗中心,主要分布在美国、欧洲和亚洲,但使用C-ion RT肿瘤的只有日本、德国、中国等几个国家。自1994年以来,日本一直在用碳离子束治疗癌症,且目前已有5个碳离子中心在收治患者,尚有数个中心正在建设中。总结这年来碳离子在临床应用的经验、碳离子高效低毒的治疗效果及在治疗难治性肿瘤和抗放射线肿瘤方面的优异特性,可进一步了解肿瘤放射治疗的前沿进展,以指导新的重离子治疗中心的设计和建设。 Charged particle therapy is generally regarded as cutting-edge technology in tumor radiotherapy.In recent years,carbon ion beam radiotherapy(C-ion RT) has been widely used in the treatment of tumor with charged particles,and the therapeutic effect is obvious.There are dozens of proton treatment centers around the world,mainly in the USA,Europe and Asia,but only several countries like Japan,Germany,China use C-ion RT.Since 1994,Japan has been using carbon ion beam for cancer treatment,and there are 5 carbon ion centers receiving patients,while there are several centers under construction.Summary of the clinical experience of carbon ion,the therapeutic effect of carbon ions with high efficiency and low toxicity and excellent characteristics in the treatment of refractory tumors and anti X-ray tumors,may help to further understand the progress in tumor radiotherapy,so as to guide the design and construction of new heavy ion treatment centers.
