摘要
为提高铁磷、铝磷的萃取率,在提取沉积物中无机磷的同时对有机磷进行形态分析,参照改进的Tessier连续提取法对磷形态连续提取方法进行改进。最优化的改进方法对磷形态的提取顺序为:可交换态磷、自生钙磷(p H=5.0)、铁磷、铝磷、闭蓄磷、残渣磷。最优化的改进磷形态连续提取方法更有利于沉积物中铁磷、铝磷的萃取,而其对自生钙磷的萃取率和未改进的磷连续提取方法相近。最优化的改进磷形态连续提取方法对占有机磷比例最大的中活性有机磷的提取效果和改进的Bowman-Cole法相近,对活性有机磷和稳态有机磷的提取率和改进的Bowman-Cole法有一定差异。最优化的改进磷形态连续提取方法和改进前的方法测得的洞庭湖表层沉积物中生物可利用磷,在总磷中所占比例没有显著差异。
A sequential extraction method for phosphorus was modified according to modified Tessier sequential extraction sequential, to increase extraction rate of Fe bound P and Al bound P, and to analyze organic P and inorganic P in sediments simultaneously. The extraction sequence in optimal modified sequential extraction method for P was as loosely adsorbed P,authigenic carbonate bound P(p H=5.0), Fe bound P, Al bound P, detrital apatite P and residue P. Extraction rate of Fe and Al through the optimal modified sequential extraction method for P is higher than sequential extraction method un-modified.Concentration of authigenic carbonate bound P determined by the optimal modified sequential extraction method is similar to that determined by un-modified sequential extraction method. Difference was observed between liable organic phosphorus concentration, as well as resistant organic phosphorus concentration, obtained from the optimal modified sequential extraction method and that obtained from modified Bowmen-Cole method. Nevertheless, concentration of moderately liable organic phosphorus, the largest proportion of organic phosphorus, determined by the optimal modified sequential extraction method is similar to that determined by modified Bowman-Cole method. Significant difference was not found between proportion of bio-available phosphorus in the total phosphorus of surficial sediments collected from Dongting Lake estimated based on the optimal modified sequential extraction method and proportion estimated according to un-modified sequential extraction method.
