摘要 为了准确地对砖石木结构古建筑进行安全现状评价,考虑到砖石木结构古建筑的结构复杂性和安全评价因素的模糊性,本文提出了基于模糊层次分析法的评价方法。首先,将砖石木结构古建筑分为地基基础、承重木柱、承重木梁、木构架整体性、屋盖结构和墙体6个相对独立的部分,并建立27项影响每部分安全性的评价指标。然后,由层次分析法得到各评价指标的权重,根据建立的安全因素评判标准和两种类型的隶属函数对单因素进行模糊评价,利用多级模糊综合评价的原理建立三层次两阶段的砖石木结构古建筑安全评价模型。最后,通过工程实例对评价模型的可行性进行验证,评价结果为较安全,与依据现有规范的评价结果相比,利用模糊层次分析法得到的评价结果更接近于实际,可以为古建筑的修缮工作提供安全性现状依据。 The thesis considered structural complexity of ancient masonry and wood buildings and the fuzziness of safety evaluation factor. In order to accurately evaluate the safety of ancient masonry and wood buildings,the method based on fuzzy evaluation analysis was proposed. Firstly,the evaluated structure was divided into six relatively independent parts: foundation,timber column,timber beam,timber frame,roof structure and wall. And 27 evaluation indexes that affect the safety of each parts were established. Afterwards,the weights of each evaluation index were determined by analytic hierarchy process. The single factor fuzzy evaluation was based on the safety factor evaluation standards and two types of membership functions. Then,according to the principle of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the three levels and two stages of ancient masonry and wood buildings safety evaluation model was established. Finally,the reliability of the evaluation model is verified by an engineering example,and the evaluation result indicates that the operation status is relatively safe.Compared with the standard evaluation results,the result by fuzzy AHP evaluation method is closer to reality,which can provide a safety status basis for the renovation of ancient buildings.
