摘要
选用自制银包铜粉(含银60%)作为导电相,聚酯与聚丙烯酸酯(1∶1)组成有机载体,制备导电相含量为60%聚合物复合导体浆料,其性能指标达到银含量为50%银浆的性能指标。该复合导体浆料与相同性能银浆对比,节约银14%,实现了银包铜粉最优化使用和导电浆料成本的最低化,经济效益十分可观。
The homemade silver - coated copper powder ( silver content is 60% ) as the conductive phase, polyester and polyac- rylate ( 1 : 1 ) composes the organic carrier to prepare the composite polymer conductive paste that the conductive phase content is 60%, which performanee indicators can reach to the performance indieators of silver paste with 50% silver content. Comparison between the compound conductive paste and the silver paste with the same performance, saving of 14% silver, so the optimization of silver - coated copper powder usage and the minimization of cost can be realized, the economic benefit is very considerable.
