摘要
近十多年高速工业化的过程中，我国依托于各类产业园区，形成了高覆盖、现代化、面向全球的制造产业体系。被称为“工业4．0”时代的新一轮工业革命将对现有产业发展格局带来深刻变化，产业园区作为生产活动的主要载体与产业集群的成长空间，其演化和发展规律均将随之发生重大变革。以产业发展与空间规划为切入点，讨论智能制造、科教创业、信息服务等产业门类的空间发展变化态势，以及组团布局、社区融合、环境友好等新时代支撑产业发展的空间规划特征，初步探究工业4．0背号下的产业园区发展和规划路径，并提出提升智能制造水平、发展2．5产业、建设高校知识经济圈等成都市园区发展路径。以及推动城市空间格局转变、构建网络城市群与创新创业空间体系、优化产业社区布局特征等方面的成都市空间规划措施。
In the process of high-speed industrialization over the past ten years, China has formed a high-coverage, modern and global manufacturing industry system relying on various industrial parks. However, a new round of industrial revolution, called the ＂Industry 4.0＂ era, will bring about profound changes in the existing industrial development pattern. As the main carrier of production activities and the growth space of industrial clusters, the evolution and development of industrial parks will follow a major change. Based on industrial development and spatial planning, this paper discusses the spatial development trend of the industries such as intelligent manufacturing; science and education, information services, as well as spatial planning features such as group layout, community integration and friendly environment, to preliminarily explore the industrial park development and planning route in Industry 4.0 era. Also, as for Chengdu, this paper advises to enhance the intelligent manufacturing level, develop 2.5 industry, construct university economic circle, promote the change of urban spatial pattern, construct network city group and innovate entrepreneurial space system, optimize industrial community layout.
