精准培养顶级行业"工匠",要在精准上下力气,做文章。要选才精准,选人精准,有高超的技艺和一流的心性,是"工匠精神"的人格典范,要运用好"产教融合"的平台,做好精准培养顶级行业"工匠"的多项工作。
To exactly cultivate the top-level industry ＂craftsmen＂, we should focus on ＂accura- cy＂. It is required to exactly select talents with superior skills and first- class disposition, and this is the apotheosis of personality of the ＂spirit of the craftsman＂. Therefore, we should make good use of the ＂industry-education integration＂ platform, and make preparations for accurate training of top- level industry ＂craftsmen＂.
