微生物制剂源粪肠球菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析 被引量:3

Isolation,identification and drug resistance analysis on Enterococcus faecalis from microbial preparations

摘要 粪肠球菌是国家允许使用的微生态制剂菌种,但其特殊的耐药性一直饱受争议,为了解市售的两种微生物制剂中粪肠球菌的耐药性,采用常规微生物学方法结合肠球菌属tuf基因的PCR扩增方法分离鉴定粪肠球菌;同时采用Kirby-Baller(K-B)琼脂扩散法检测粪肠球菌分离株对9种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果表明:共分离鉴定出2株粪肠球菌;2株分离菌均对阿莫西林、青霉素、链霉素和四环素耐药,对环丙沙星、呋喃妥因、红霉素、氨苄西林和万古霉素敏感。说明在动物中饲用粪肠球菌类微生物制剂时需要谨慎小心,以免粪肠球菌的耐药性通过各种途径在动物和人之间传递。 Enterococcus faecalis is a microbial preparation that is legal to use in our country,but its special drug resistance has been controversial. In order to understand the drug resistance of Enterococcus faecalis in two kinds of microbial preparations in the market,the conventional microbiological methods and tuf-PCR were used to identify the Enterococcus faecalis. At the same time,Kirby-Baller( K-B) agar diffusion test was used to test the drug resistance upon 9 kinds of antibiotics. Results showed that two strains of Enterococcus faecalis were isolated,which were both resistance to amoxicillin,penicillin,streptomycin and tetracycline,and sensitive to ciprofloxacin,nitrofurantoin,erythromycin,ampicillin and vancomycin simultaneously. The results suggested that caution should be taken when feeding microorganism preparation composed with Enterococcus faecalisanimals in animals,in order to avoid the transmission of Enterococcus faecalis drug resistance through different pathways between animals and humans.
