摘要
目的探讨氨磺必利联合奥氮平用于首发精神分裂症患者中疗效,并观察其对患者认知功能的影响。方法收集2014年1月~2016年3月本院78例诊断为首发精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组(奥氮平)与治疗组(奥氮平联合氨磺必利),每组各39例。分别于治疗前、治疗8周后采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)及韦氏记忆量表(WMS)评价患者其临床症状及认知功能改善情况;统计两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗前两组患者的PANSS评分、WCST评分和WMS评分,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,两组患者PANSS评分、WCST评分和WMS评分均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组上述各项评分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率92.31%,明显高于对照组69.23%(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者均无严重性不良反应发生。结论氨磺必利联合奥氮平治疗首发精神分裂症可有效改善患者临床症状及认知功能,同时具有较好的安全性。
Objective To explore the effect of amisulpride combined with olanzapine on patients with first-episode schizophreniaand to observe its effect on cognitive function of these patients. Methods 78 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were selected from January 2014 to March 2016 and then randomly divided into the control group（treated by olanzapine）and the treatment group（treated by olanzapine combined with amisulide）,39 cases in each group. The clinical symptoms and cognitive function of the patients were evaluated by The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS）,Wisconsin Card Sorting Test（WCST） and Wechsler memory scale（WMS） before and 8 weeks after treatment,and the results were statistically analyzed. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared as well. Results Before treatment,there was no significant differences of PANSS scores,WCST scores and WMS scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After 8 weeks of treatment,PANSS scores,WCST scores and WMS scores of the two groups were both better than those before treatment,and all the indexes mentioned above of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group which was 69.23%（P〈0.05）. No serious adverse reaction occurred in both the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion Amisulpride combined with olanzapine has better clinical effect on clinical symptoms and cognitive function of first-episode schizophrenia patients,at the same time it has a good safety.
