摘要
目的探讨社工介入对肿瘤患者出院后康复状况及其家属心理的影响。方法将2015年1月至2017年1月期间自愿加入的160例社区肿瘤患者及家属作为研究对象,按照随机数字表的方法分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80),对照组患者接受常规的随访干预,观察组患者加入社工介入进行广泛干预。采用生活质量量表(QOL)和日常生活活动能力量表对两组患者的康复状况进行评定,同时采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较两组患者家属的心理状态。结果观察组患者的QOL量表和日常生活活动能力量表评分明显优于对照组的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者家属的SDS和SAS量表评分更低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社工介入干预有助于提高患者肿瘤患者出院后的日常生活能力以及生活质量,同时改善了患者家属的不良情绪。
Objective To investigate the effect of social worker intervention on rehabilitation status of tumor patients in community and the mental status of their family members. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,160 cases of volunteer community cancer patients and their families,according to the random number table method,were divided into observation group（n=80）and control group（n=80）,the patients in control group were treated by routine follow-up intervention,the patients in the observation group were treated by social worker intervention. The rehabilitation status of tumor patients and the mental status of their family members were compared by QOL,the scale of activities of daily living capacity,the self rating Depression Scale（SDS）and the self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）. Results The patients＇ scores of QOL and the scale of activities of daily living capacity in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;The SDS and SAS scores of family members of the observation group had more than those in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Social work intervention can improve the ability of daily life and quality of life in cancer patients,while improving the negative emotions in their families member.
