摘要
为实现微小卫星"新、快、好、省"的核心价值,通过开拓一号卫星和脉冲星试验卫星研制实践,对基于商用现货产品(COTS)的微小卫星研制管理模式开展了深入研究,建立COTS的微小卫星通用产品体系,探索实践"设计-制造"的卫星研制流程,形成一套COTS选用、筛选和应用的产品保证方法,确保卫星型号研制进度、质量、成本和风险可控,为加速推进微小卫星产业化发展探索实践了有效的管理途径。
In an effort to the core values ‘Novel,Fast,Best,Economic'of the micro-satellites,the management model of the high cost-effective micro-satellite development has been explored practically.We investigated on the high cost-effective micro-satellites' product category,the quality guarantee methods based on the successful experience of the KT-1 and XPNAV-1 satellites.The design-manufacture procedures and the quality guarantee methods including the selection,studying and application of the COTS(Commercial Off-the-self) have been proposed for the high cost-effective micro-satellites.Such management model will ensure the high control of the research scheduling,quality,cost and risk,which will promote the rapid development of micro-satellite industrialization.
