摘要
本文阐述了浓硫酸分酸器在生产中的重要作用,以及某铜冶炼烟气制酸厂干吸工序的浓硫酸分酸器的腐蚀情况,原因分析和解决办法,通过对腐蚀降液管的取样电子显微镜分析,并与标准腐蚀图册对比,结合铜精矿、净化污酸和干吸浓酸的分析结果,运行工艺参数、设备隐患排查等方式,找出浓酸分酸器腐蚀的主、次原因。提出为降低分酸器腐蚀速率,提高生产作业率和设备寿命所需的原料、工艺调整措施。
This paper describes the importance of acid distributor of sulfuric acid production, and the corrosion of acid distributor in a copper smelting plant, the reasons for analysis and solution, through the corrosion of the sampling electron microscopy analysis, and compared with the standard corrosion atlas,combined with copper concentrate, purified acid and dry concentration of concentrated acid analysis results,operating process parameters, equipment hidden trouble investigation, etc., finds the main and secondary reason of corrosion, and proposes the raw materials and process adjustment measures to reduce the rate of acid corrosion and improve the production rate.
