摘要
国土空间利用质量是当前研究的热点问题,研究从经济社会可持续发展对国土空间利用的要求出发,将国土空间划分为生产空间、生活空间和生态空间,从国土空间的现实状态以及经济发展、社会和谐的保障作用和支撑能力等方面构建国土空间利用质量评价指标体系,运用熵值法和综合评价等方法,对2005—2014年苏南城市群国土三生空间利用质量及其耦合协调度的时空分异特征进行评价和分析.结果表明:苏南城市群的国土生产和生活空间利用质量均呈上升趋势,而国土生态空间利用质量呈整体下降趋势;国土空间利用综合质量及其协调度均呈现上升的趋势,但整体上国土三生空间利用质量耦合协调度不高,仅南京处于基本协调类型;国土空间利用质量整体上呈现出南京苏州无锡与常州镇江两个不同质量水平的区域分异特征.各类利用质量相对较低区域,在保持其农业生产优势的同时,应进一步通过产业转型升级发展,提高国土空间利用的生活质量,减少污染排放来提高国土空间利用的生态质量.
Land space utilization quality has become one of the hot issues in land policy research. In this paper, we first divided the total land space into the production space, the living space, and the ecological space in order to meet the demand for more sustainable land space utilization and socio-economic development. Then we developed a comprehensive indicator system for assessment of land space utilization quality. The indicator system measures the status and potential of the land space in sustaining regional socio-economic development. We also assigned weight to each measurement indicator through the use of the entropy method. Based on the indicator system, we evaluated the spatio-temporal dynamics of land space utilization quality and its coupling and coordination for the Southern Jiangsu Region during the decade 2005-2014. Our results revealed that the production space and the living space utilization quality of the Southern Jiangsu Region both showed increasing trend during the past decade, while the ecological space utilization quality showed decreasing trend during the same period. Overall, the comprehensive land space utilization quality and its coupling and coordination showed increasing trend.However, the coupling and coordination degree of the three eco-space types for the Southern Jiangsu Region was not considered "good", except for the city of Nanjing. Moreover, we found that the land space utilization quality was relatively higher for Nanjing, Suzhou, and Wuxi as compared to Changzhou and Zhenjiang. Based on these findings, we recommend that cities with relatively lower land space utilization quality should continue improving the agricultural production efficiency on one hand, while on the other hand, implement economic restructuring and emission reduction for improvement of the living space and the ecological space utilization quality.
