水稻淀粉合成候选基因OsAGPL3与淀粉相关性状的关联分析 被引量:2

摘要 以不同地理来源77份水稻品种组成关联作图群体,对水稻淀粉合成相关候选基因OsAGPL3作序列变异分析,在考虑群体结构影响基础上,利用连锁不平衡结构分析和关联分析揭示该基因与淀粉相关性状关系,发掘与直链淀粉含量、支链淀粉含量、胶稠度和糊化温度相关优异等位变异。OsAGPL3基因多态性分析表明,在编码区和非编码区内共发现200个SNP和44个Indel,LD衰减距离为1 260 bp(R2=0.1),11个多态性位点与淀粉相关性状存在显著关联,其中5个位点可引起氨基酸改变,试验群体可分为12种单体型。 Association mapping population of 77 rice cultivars from different geographical sources was used. Gene sequence variation of candidate gene OsAGPL3 related to rice starch synthesis was analyzed.Based on the influence of population structure,the linkage disequilibrium analysis and association analysis revealed the relationship between OsAGPL3 gene and starch-related traits,and revealed related excellent allelic variation associated with amylose content,amylopectin content,gel consistency and gelatinization temperature. The polymorphism analysis of OsAGPL3 gene showed that there were 200 SNPs and 44 Indels in the coding and non-coding regions,and LD attenuation distance was 1 260 bp(R-2=0.1). There were significant relationship between 11 polymorphic and starch-related traits,among which five loci caused a change in amino acids,and the population was divided into 12 haplotypes.
