摘要
针对环境规制对FDI流入影响的问题,目前学术界存在两种主要的假说:污染避难所假说和波特假说。虽然很多理论研究对污染避难所假说的相关机理进行了解释,但相关实证研究结果是不确定的,即环境规制对FDI流入没有影响或影响不确定。文章在文献计量分析的基础上,通过对相关研究的归纳、对比和分析发现:由于选择的样本国家和地区、使用的计量模型、选取的数据资料和选择的衡量指标方法存在差异,实证研究结果不一致。其原因在于国内研究存在着指标选择、研究视角和内生性等问题。
To solve the problem of the impact of environmental regulation on FDI inflows,there are two main hypotheses in the academic circles： the hypothesis of pollution haven and Potter. Although many relevant theoretical researches on the mechanism of pollution haven hypothesis are explained,but the relevant empirical findings are uncertain,which environmental regulation has no effect or uncertain influence on FDI inflows. In this paper,on the basis of calculated analysis,the related researches are summarized,compared and analyzed： the results of the empirical studies are inconsistent because of the differences in the selected countries and regions,the use of econometric models,the choice of data and the measurement of key indicators. On this basis,the paper points out the problems in the process of domestic research,such as the selection of index,the perspective of research and the problem of endogeneity,and puts forward some suggestions for further research.
