摘要
区块链作为分布式数据存储、点对点传输、共识机制、加密算法等技术的集成应用,近年来已成为联合国、国际货币基金组织等国际组织以及教育领域研究与应用的热点。为加快推动高等教育信息化的发展,构建统一开放的数字教育市场体系,文章从技术的视角,综述国内外关于区块链技术的研究与应用情况,分析区块链技术的本质及发展历程,从高校学生征信管理模式、数字教育资源服务供给模式、高等教育公共服务平台协同发展模式等三个视角讨论区块链技术对高等教育发展的价值重构,并从顶层设计的政策支持角度提出了利用区块链技术推动高等教育创新发展的路径选择,以期为探索现代信息技术与教育的全面深度融合,以信息化引领教育理念和教育模式的创新提供参考。
As an integrated application of technologies including distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, consensus mechanism, encryption algorithm and so on, the blockchain has become a hot spot in international organizations such as the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund and other educational organizations. In order to speed up the development of higher educational informationization and build a unified and open digital education market system, this paper analyzes the nature, development stages and application of the block chain technology based on a systemic review of research and application status both at home and abroad. Moreover, this paper also discusses the value reconstruction of the block chain technology from perspectives of the student credit management mode, the digital education resource service supply mode and the collaborative development model of higher education public service platform. In the end, we put forward the policy support from the perspective of top-level design, with a view to explore the in-depth integration of modern information technology and education as well as offer insigts into the innovation of educational philosophy and educational mode.
