摘要
简要介绍了GMAW的工艺特点和应用现状,从钢制安全壳设计单位支持、焊接坡口形式及尺寸确定、焊接工艺参数匹配、坡口组对和背面清根等方面探讨了GMAW-P自动焊工艺在核电站钢制安全壳制造中的实施难点及保证措施,对国产核电后续安全壳自动化焊接制造和质量保障具有重要的工程意义。
The characteristics and application status of GMAW process were briefly introduced,and the implementation difficulties and guarantee measures of GMAW-P in manufacturing the steel containment vessel in nuclear power plants were discussed. The studies has important engineering significance in domestic nuclear power automation welding manufacturing and quality assurance.
