摘要
目的研究分析采用宫颈电热圈环切术(LEEP)联合百宝丹治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效。方法 120例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组60例。对照组采用LEEP进行治疗,研究组在采用LEEP治疗后给予百宝丹进行治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效以及术后患者恢复情况。结果研究组总有效率为100.00%,对照组为93.33%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后分泌物持续时间、出血时间、创面修复时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组术后并发症发生率为13.33%,明显高于研究组的3.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LEEP联合百宝丹治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变临床效果优异,患者术后恢复快,并发症发生率低,促进患者的康复,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) combined with Baibaodan in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods A total of 120 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with LEEP,and the research group was treated with LEEP and Baibaodan.Comparison were made on clinical efficacy and postoperative recovery situation between two groups.Results The research group had total effective rate as 100.00%,which was 93.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The research group had obviously shorter postoperative secretions duration,bleeding time and wound repair time than the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The control group had obviously higher incidence of postoperative complications as 13.33% than 3.33% in the research group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Combination of LEEP and Baibaodan shows remarkable clinical effect in treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with rapid postoperative recovery,low complication rate,and it can promote the rehabilitation of patients.So it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
