摘要
茶叶末釉是我国古代名贵的铁系结晶釉之一。运用单因素实验方法,在1200℃~1300℃的氧化气氛下,对茶叶末釉的熔剂成分如方解石和滑石粗细、料球水比、烧成温度等影响因素进行考察。研究结果表明:当烧成温度为1280℃,料球水比1:2:0.7,熔剂组成为粗细滑石比例2:8(共计10%)、方解石18%,获得了结晶良好的黄绿色茶叶末釉面效果。
This subject adopts the jingdezhen local raw materials, glaze fruit, talc, calcite, ferric oxide, quartz, ka-olin raw materials such as the preparation of tea-flake glaze. Tea-flake glaze is one of the Chinese ancient rare ofiron system crystallization glaze. Effects of flux agents(e.g. calcite and talc), material:ball:water ratio and firing tem-perature were studied on the tea-flake glaze by using single factor experiment method. When the firing temperatureis 1280 o C, material:ball:water ratio of 1:2:0.7, fluxes agents(e.g. coarse:fine talc=6:4, total of 10%、calcite 18%,the tea-flake glaze with suitable crystalline are obtained.
