摘要
随着经济的发展,煤矿中大倾角下运带式输送机的应用也越来越广泛。主要对大倾角、长距离、大功率情况下运带式输送机的运输物料的稳定性进行研究和分析,并提出了改善运输机工作效率的措施,主要在输送机的启动、加速控制和停车环节进行重点的研究。同时,对输送机的新技术应用开展实证研究,分析采用深槽托棍组防下滑、KZP自冷盘式制动装置控制制动减速度、液粘联软平稳起动方式、自动抓捕防飞车断带等技术的应用情况。
With the development of Ihe economy, The application of large angle downward heh conveyor in coal mine is more and more widespread. This paper mainly studies aml analyzes tile slability of lhe transportation materials of the beh conveyor with large inclination angle, long distanee and high power, puts forward measures to improve the eMeieney of transport aircraft. It mainly focuses on the research of the starting, accelerating, controlling and stopping of the conveyor. Meanwhile, Carry out an empirical research on the application of new conveyor technology, the application of deep groove support har anti slide and KZP self cooling disc brake device to eontr.I braking deceleration, liquid viseous soft start, automatic arrest and heh hreaking are analyzed.
