摘要
为深入了解高扬程工况旋涡泵内部流体的流动机理,获得进出口结构参数变化对旋涡泵性能的影响规律,建立了固定流道的旋涡泵三维流动模型,借助ANSYS FLUENT研究了旋涡泵进出口几何参数变化的基本特征,对比分析旋涡泵内部流场、场程等随几何参数的变化规律.选取典型的闭式双支撑结构旋涡泵的流动区域建立模型,研究不同进出口结构的旋涡泵内部压力场和速度场的分布情况,提出了在固定流道结构下进出口参数对旋涡泵效率提高的设计思路,对优化旋涡泵接口设计有一定的参考价值.
To understand the internal flow characteristics of the high-lift working condition of vortex pump,obtain the import and export structure parameters influence on the performance of vortex pump,vortex pump has established three-dimensional flow model of fixed channel,simulation of vortex pump numerical study of structural parameters of the import and export of the dimensions and angles by means of ANSYS FLUENT,comparative analysis of the structural parameters on the vortex pump field effect process,work efficiency,flow structure etc. The inlet flow rate of the vortex pump is 10 L/min,and the impeller speed is 3000 r/min. The research reveals the internal pressure of the vortex pump field and velocity field distribution,presented with fixed channel structure under the import and export of parameters to the design ideas to improve the efficiency of vortex pump,has certain reference value for the optimization of rotary pump interface design.
