摘要
以国家西甜瓜产业技术体系后台管理系统数据库2010—2016年的统计数据为基础,按照茬口、播种方式、生产方式以及品种的不同,对我国西瓜的成本、收益和成本收益率分别进行描述性统计分析。研究发现,为了满足消费者的需求以及提高农民的收益,推广了不同种植时间、不同熟期的西瓜,但现阶段仍以春夏茬、露地栽培、早中熟品种为主,播种方式中嫁接育苗占优。其中茬口和播种方式的结构与收益率相符;而收益率较高的日光温室栽培和无籽西瓜种植面积较小,面积占比分别为0.28%和9.15%;收益率较低的露地栽培和早中熟品种面积较大,面积占比分别为53.48%和49.01%。栽培方式和品种结构还需要进一步调整。
This article analyzed costs, benefits and cost-benefit of China＇ s watermelon production in the aspects of crops for rotation, seeding method, cultivation method and different varieties, based on national data, during 2010 and 2016, of China Agriculture Research System. The results showed that, the watermelons of different planting time or different maturation time had been spread in order to meet the demands of consumers and increase farmer＇ s income. But at the present stage, the watermelons that seeding in spring-summer, culture in open, early-mid ripening, seedling and grafting took big part. The structure of crops for rotation and seeding method was in line with cost-benefit order. But sunlight greenhouse cuhivation and seedless watermelon with higher cost-benefit was in smaller planting area, the area proportion was 0.28% and 9.15% respectively. Open field culture and early-mid ripening with lower cost-benefit was in bigger planting area, the area proportion was 53.48% and 49.01%. The structure of cultivation method and variety still need further adjustment.
