摘要
利用遗传算法优化设计高强混凝土的配合比,通过一些高强的混凝土进行配合比方面的计算来完成相关的方案,提出并且总结出混凝土的组成能够用到的相关的用量还有度量的使用范围,选取种群规模55,采用联赛随机完全算术交叉(J{1)、选择(B{2)、均匀变异(Y{1)、启发式交叉(J{2)、非均匀变异(Y{2)等,对相应的四种算子组合方案开展测试运行。运行结果表明,对于四种不同的算子组合,最佳组合为(B{2+J{1+Y{2)组合,优化结果表明混凝土成本最低为125元,均方差值为0.312 5,与优化前相比,优化后的混凝土材料成本降低了19.5%,同时混凝土的坍落度和强度能满足要求。
By using the genetic algorithm,the ratio has been optimized with high strength concrete,mix proportion design of high strength concrete with success, summed up the dosage limits of concrete materials, selection of population size 55, the League completely randomized arithmetic crossover (Jl), Choice (B2),heuristic crossover (Y1) and uniform mutation (J2),non-uniform mutation (Y2), four dif- ferent kinds of operator combination schemes are tested.The operation results show that for four different operator combinations, the best combination of ( B2+J1+ Y2) combination, the optimization results show that the concrete for the lowest cost of 125 yuan, mean square devi- ation is 0.312 5, compared with before optimization, after optimization of the concrete material cost is reduced by 19.5%,while the con- crete slump and strength can meet the requirements.
