大花蕙兰品种间杂交优良F_1代核型分析

摘要 开展了大花蕙兰F1代‘169-2’、‘192-1’、‘171-12’及其父母本的核型研究。结果表明:‘169-2’与母本‘马州立卡’(‘C.Majolika’)均属2B型,且其核不对称系数与母本十分接近;‘192-1’与父本‘红颜’(‘C.Popini’)同属2C型,其核不对称系数高于亲本;‘171-12’核型为2C型,不同于亲本的2B型,其核不对称系数比亲本高。当亲本一方为三倍体时,F_1代核型与亲本有较大差异。 The chromosome number and karyotype of Hybrid F1 Generation ‘ 169-2', ‘ 192-1', ‘ 171-12' and their parental varieties were analyzed. The results showed that the ‘169-2' and the female parent(C. Majolika)belonged to the 2 B type of chromosome, and the karyo type approximation coefficient of ‘169-2' was very close to the female parent. The ‘192-1' and the male parent(C. Popini) belonged to the 2 C type, and the index of karyotypic asymmetry(As.k) of ‘192-1' was higher than its parents. The karyotype of ‘171-12' belonged to the2 C type, different from its parent, which both belonged to the 2 B type, and As.k was higher that its parent. This study revealed the karyotype of F_1 generation would be different from its parent when one of its parent was triploid.
