摘要
交通可达性是衡量城乡空间功能与社会经济活动关系的重要指标。根据交通可达性研究的应用需求,针对既有栅格分析法存在基础网络构建工作量大、评价参数客观性欠缺、方法可移植性不强等不足,提出了一种新的基于开放数据平台的交通等时线分析方法。分析了交通等时线的基本要素,阐述了交通等时区和等时线具体绘制步骤和要点。以淮安中央商务区为例,验证了新方法的有效性。
Traffic accessibility is an important indicator measuring the relationship between urban-rural spatial function and socioeconomic activities. According to the application demand of traffic accessibility study, and aiming at the disadvantages of large basic network building quantity, deficient evaluation parameter objectivity and not strong method portability existing in the present grid analysis method, a new traffic isochronous line analysis method based on the open data platform is proposed to analyze the basic element of traffic isochronous line and to set forth the drawing steps and gist of traffic isochronous zone and isochronous line in detail. The central business district of Huaian is as an example to verify the availability of the new method.
