摘要
法律翻译人才的培养是翻译人才培养中一个重要的部分。与传统的翻译人才有所不同的是,法律翻译人才需要同时具备语言、法律、经济、国际关系等方面的综合能力,才能够胜任法律文本翻译、谈判文本翻译等多种不同的翻译实践工作。但是,应当注意到,在现阶段法律翻译人才的培养过程中,仍然存在着重外语技能、缺乏明确培养目标、教学方法落后等问题。本文通过揭示翻译硕士(MTI)法律翻译人才培养中的问题,结合MTI高层次、应用型、专业性翻译人才的培养目标,对MTI法律翻译人才的培养提出对策性建议。
Cultivation of legal translation talents is an important part of the cultivation of translation talents. There has been great demand for legal translation talents during the period of negotiating China＇s entrance into the WTO.Unlike traditional translation talents, in order to be competent for different practical works in translation, legal translation talents are required to have comprehensive abilities in the fields of language, legislation, economy, and international relations. Yet, it is noticed that in cultivating legal translation talents, problems like over-emphasized foreign language competence, lacking cultivation objectives, and outdated teaching methods are still exist. By revealing problems in cultivation of legal translation talents, this article attempts to propose countermeasures under MTI＇s cultivation objectives of cultivating high-level, practical,professional legal translation talents.
