摘要
目的:研究癸甲溴铵对诱导小鼠骨髓细胞微核的形成的影响,从而为日常实验室使用癸甲溴铵提供安全评价依据。方法:对不同性别小鼠,经口给予癸甲溴铵150 mg/kg、60 mg/kg、15 mg/kg 3个剂量后,在相同时间内采集小鼠骨髓微核涂片,分析其骨髓细胞的细胞微核率以及嗜多染红细胞(PCE)和正染红细胞(NCE)的比值。结果:癸甲溴铵各剂量组小鼠PCE/NCE比值随着癸甲溴铵剂量上升而下降,但与阴性对照组比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且其比值均大于0.1;癸甲溴铵各剂量组各细胞微核率与阴性对照组比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在本实验条件下癸甲溴铵对不同性别小鼠的骨髓细胞微核未见阳性发生。
Objective:To study the influence of Deciquam effect on the formation of mouse bone marrow micronucleus (MN), and to provide a reference for safety using Deciquam in laboratory. Methods: After treating different genders of mice by using 150, 60 and 15 mg/kg Deciquam orally, the micronucleus frequencies of mouse marrow cell, as well as the Polychromatic erythrocytes(PCE)/normochromatic erythrocyte(NCE) ratios were explored in the same period of time. Results: The changing trends of the PCE/NCE were inversely proportional to the different doses of Deciquam; however, the ratios of PCE/NCE in the three treated groups was not significantly different from the control group(P〉 0.05), and the ratio was greater than 0.1. The micronucleus frequency in PCE of the three treated groups were not significantly different from the control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The experiment results showed that Deciquam can not increase the micronucleus frequencies for different genders of mice.
