乌司他丁与左氧氟沙星联用对重症肺炎患者肺功能及血清炎症因子水平的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价乌司他丁与左氧氟沙星联用对重症肺炎患者肺功能及血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2015年9月—2016年9月期间收治的重症肺炎患者100例临床资料,采用抽签分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例;对照组患者给予左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用乌司他丁治疗,评价两组患者治疗后的肺功能及血清炎症因子水平的改善情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后分别测得最大静止吸气压(PImax)为(81.66±4.05)%,最大静止呼气压(PEmax)为(46.89±2.45)%,MMF为(1.69±0.58)L/s,PEF为(2.95±0.69)L/s、TNF-α为(0.34±0.54)μg/mL,hs-CRP为(2.46±0.63)mg/L,PCT为(1.25±0.45)ng/L,s VCAM-1为(6.78±2.45)ng/L,CAT为(1.89±0.67)U/mL,Si CAM-1为(8.53±1.53)ng/L和SP-A为(1.36±0.62)ng/L均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用乌司他丁与左氧氟沙星联用治疗重症肺炎患者,能有效改善患者血清炎症因子水平和肺功能。
