摘要
保幼激素除了对昆虫生长发育具有重要的调节作用外,还能促进昆虫杆状病毒的增殖。本文重点综述了保幼激素对昆虫杆状病毒的具体增殖效果和可能的机制。目前认为保幼激素促进病毒增殖的主要机制是延长宿主幼虫历期、提高宿主幼虫取食量和食物转化率等。最后建议今后应从DNA甲基化的角度探讨保幼激素促进病毒增殖的可能表观遗传机制。
Juvenile hormone of insects plays an important role in regulating the growth and development of insects, and also has a role in promoting multiplication of insect baculovirus. This review is focused on effects and mechanism of insect baculovirus multiplication promoted by Juvenile hormone. Now it is thought that the main mechanism of insect baculovirus multiplication promoted by juvenile hormone is to extend the host larva stage, improving the host larva food intake and food conversion rate. In the future, we should explore the epigenetic mechanisms of insect baculovirus multiplication promoted by juvenile hormone basing on DNA methylation.
