摘要
文章就推割刀治疗屈指肌腱腱鞘炎的疗效及解剖学基础两个方面进行总结,通过阐述推割刀疗法的疗效及优势,阐明推割刀治疗屈指肌腱腱鞘炎值得进一步研究及推广,但推割刀的操作规范流程需进一步完善。
Two aspects of efficacy and anatomical basis of the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis with push-shear knife is summarized.Through the effect and advantage of push knife therapy,it illustrates this treatment is worthy to be researched and promoted in the future.But the process of operation standard is inadequate.
