摘要
以全国8所高校的463名高校青年教师为样本,考察高校青年教师的内部人身份感知和差错反感文化在工作幸福感与创新行为关系中的中介作用和调节作用,即验证一个跨层次有调节的中介模型。本研究有利于充分了解高校青年教师的工作幸福感影响其创新行为的内在机制和边界条件,有效提高教师的创新行为,为高校的创新管理实践提供借鉴。
This paper took 463 young college teachers from eight universities as samples to examine the mediating role and moderating function of perceived insider status and error aversion culture in the relationship between work well-being and innovative behaviors, namely to verify an intermediary model. This study is helpful to fully understand the internal mechanism and fringe circumstance by which work well- being affects young college teachers" innovative behaviors. In addition, it provides scientific guidance for innovative management practice in universities.
