摘要
目的:观察针刺治疗对色素沉着大鼠皮肤酪氨酸酶活性及雌二醇水平的影响。方法:选取清洁级SD大鼠28只,21只制作模型并随机平均分为电针组、模型组、VC组,其余7只为对照组,分别给予电针治疗、同频次生理盐水外涂、同频次VC外涂、同频次生理盐水外涂。比较各组皮肤酪氨酸酶及雌二醇水平。结果:治疗后,电针组皮肤酪氨酸酶及雌二醇水平分别为(19.26±1.36)U、(72.26±3.05)ng·L^(-1),模型组以上指标分别为(39.21±2.57)U、(67.02±4.14)ng·L^(-1),VC组以上指标分别为(24.63±2.71)U、(69.36±5.04)ng·L^(-1),电针组与模型组、VC组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺疗法可调节酪氨酸酶活性及雌二醇水平,防止色素生成。
Objective: Observing the acupuncture treatment of in the pigmentation rat skin tyrosinase activity and estradiol levels.Methods: 28 SD rats,21 of them making model and randomly divided into electric acupuncture group,model group,VC,the other 7rats for the control group,separately were given electric acupuncture,physiological saline external application,with the frequency of VC coating. Comparison between groups of skin tyrosinase and estradiol levels. Results: After treatment,skin tyrosinase and estradiol levels in the electric acupuncture group were( 19. 26 ± 1. 36) U,( 72. 26 ± 3. 05) ng·L-1,the model group were( 39. 21 ±2. 57) U,( 67. 02 ± 4. 14) ng·L-1respectively,VC group were( 24. 63 ± 2. 71) U,( 69. 36 ± 5. 04) ng·L-1respectively,electric acupuncture group compared with model group,VC,the differences were statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Acupuncture can adjust the tyrosinase activity and estradiol levels,prevent pigment formation.
