摘要
目的:探讨保儿宁联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:选择2015年7月—2016年7月医院诊治的90例变应性鼻炎患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用布地奈德吸入+孟鲁司特钠口服。观察组在其基础上应用保儿宁颗粒口服,疗程均为3个月。比较两种患者疗效、治疗前后免疫指标及炎性因子的差异。结果:治疗后,观察组患儿治疗总有效率(93.3%)显著高于对照组患儿(75.6%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组患儿鼻炎症状评分及哮喘症状评分均显著低于对照组[(4.2±1.2)vs(5.3±1.3)分;(4.1±0.8)vs(4.7±1.2)分],呼吸道感染次数明显低于对照组患儿[(0.5±0.1)vs(0.7±0.4)次],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平均明显升高,CD_8^+水平明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较,观察组患儿治疗后CD_3^+(66.38%±10.19%)、CD_4^+(39.65%±7.37%)及CD_4^+/CD_8^+(1.96±0.55)水平均明显高于对照组患儿,CD_8^+(25.67%±3.47%)水平均明显低于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿治疗后IL-4明显低于对照组患儿[(8.14±1.85)vs(22.45±3.77)μg·L-1],IFN-γ水平显著高于对照组患儿[(206.44±22.58)vs(159.78±17.33)μg·L-1],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保儿宁联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童变应性鼻炎具有良好的效果,在改善临床症状的同时可以明显改善患儿免疫指标及炎性因子水平。
Objective ：To investigate the clinical effect of Baoerning Granule combined with montelukast in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children. Methods ：90 children with allergic rhinitis were selected as the research object in July 2015—2016 in our hospital,it was divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,each 45 cases. Control group with inhaled budesonide plus montelukast orally,on the basis of the observation group,the application of Baoerning Granule oral treatment for 3 months. The effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results ：After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,significantly higher than the control group（75.6%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,after treatment,the observation group of children with rhinitis symptoms score and asthma symptom score were significantly lower than the control group[（4.2±1.2）vs（5.3±1.3）points;（4.1±0.8）vs（4.7±1.2）points],the number of respiratory infection was significantly lower than that of the control group [（0.5±0.1）vs（0.7±0.4）times],the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the levels of CD_3~＋,CD_4~＋and CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋ were significantly increased in the two groups,the level of CD_8~＋ was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Comparison among groups,the observation group after treatment CD_3~＋（66.38%±10.19%）,CD_4~＋（39.65%±7.37%）and CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋（1.96±0.55）levels were significantly higher than those in the control group,the level of CD_8~＋（25.67%±3.47%）was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.
