大型齿圈分段弧形齿条加工与组装技术研究

摘要 弧形齿条作为大型齿圈的重要组成零件,其加工精度直接影响到整个齿轮的制造精度,针对构成大型齿圈的分段弧形齿条的加工技术进行研究,提出了加工难点,并从加工方法、装卡方法以及加工误差等方面进行分析。通过具体的分段弧形齿条的加工实践进行验证,开发了一种运用线切割、专用工装设备和有效的工艺措施以实现大型分段弧形齿的加工,具有操作简单,加工精度高,加工质量稳定可靠等优势。 As an important part of large gear rings,machining precision of arc-shaped racks affects manufacturing precision of the entire gear. By aiming at process technology of fragment arc-shaped racks in large gear rings,processing difficulty was proposed. The analysis was conducted from the processing method,installation method and machining error. Machining practice of specific fragment arc-shaped racks was verified. Furthermore,an effective technical measure with wire-electrode cutting and special tooling equipment was developed,which may have simple operation,high machining precision,stable and reliable machining quality,hoping to realize machining of fragment arc-shaped racks.
