摘要
内蒙古某电厂采用石灰软化+过滤+离子交换+高效反渗透工艺处理高含盐废水。介绍了工艺流程和出水水质,并对系统进行性能试验。结果表明,该废水零排放系统运行稳定,高效反渗透装置回收率≥95%,脱盐率≥90%,出水水质指标符合回用要求,能够满足生产需要。
A Power plant in Inner Mongolia adopts "lime softening+filtration+ion exchange+ high efficiency reverse osmosis" process for high salinity wastewater treatment. This paper mtro-dueed the process and effluent quality, and tested the performance of the system. The results show that the zero-wastewater discharge system runs stably, with a recovery rate above 95% in the reverse osmosis, and a desalination rate above 90%. The effluent water quality met the water reuse and production requirements.
