通用小型汽油机电控化研究 被引量:1

摘要 通用小型汽油机具有轻巧便宜,操作简单等优点,被广泛应用于农业,建筑,园林等各个领域。近些年,随着环保法规的不断加严,化油器式小型汽油机难以达到未来相关法规的要求。本文以188F汽油机为例,根据其结构特点,挑选合适的电控零部件,将传统化油器供油系统改为电控燃油系统,从而降低小型汽油机排放污染,提高汽油机的各项性能。通过整机标定和排放试验,改进电控汽油机动力性和经济性,整机排放达到美国EPA第Ⅲ阶段的限值要求。
