摘要
冬季燃煤供暖是影响空气环境质量的重要因素之一。为了探讨太阳能主动供暖对猪场冬季供暖的节能减排及经济可行性,本研究以太阳能辅助燃煤供暖的北京市某规模化猪场(总供暖建筑面积14 441m^2)为例,分析其节能减排效果和经济可行性。结果表明:试验猪场冬季122d供暖期的总耗热量为259.1kW(17.9 W/m^2),供暖总需要能量273.1×10~4 MJ。该猪场白天理论供暖需要能量占猪场总需要能量的26.1%,但太阳能系统实际供暖提供能量占白天理论供暖需要能量的46.0%,可使猪场每供暖期节约标准煤15.7t,减少CO2排放量37.6t。现有太阳能供暖系统总投资95.04万元,燃煤供暖标准煤的静态投资回收期为120年,直接电供暖的静态投资回收期为13.3年。若太阳能使用年限少于13.3年,投资太阳能供暖系统经济不可行。在北京市禁止规模猪场燃煤供暖的前提下,太阳能供暖是一种节能的供暖方式,但其缺点是投资高、在没有足够热储存的情况下供暖不连续,必需辅助其他能源供暖。
Coal-fired heating in winter is an important factor affecting the air quality.In order to explore the energy saving,emission reduction and economic feasibility of the solar active heating on pig farms in winter,a study was conducted in a pig farm with solar energy combined with coal-fired heating in Beijing(total construction area of heating being 14 441 m^2)to investigate the effect of solar energy on energy saving,emission reduction and static payback period of the investment.It was shown that in the 122 days of heating period,the total heat loss of the experimental pig farm in the winter heating period was 259.1 kW,and the total theoretical heating energy demands was 273.1×10~4 MJ,with the average theoretical heat loss per unit area of the pig house being 17.9 W/m^2,but the actual supply of solar energy was about 46.0% of the theoretical solar energy demands.The existing solar energy heating system could save 15.7 tons of standard coal and 37.6 tons of CO_2 emissions could be reduced in each heating period in this experimental pig farm.With the total investment of 950.4 thousand yuan of the existing solar energy system,static payback period of the investment was 120 years for the standard coal,and 13.3 years for the direct electric heating.If the solar collector is applicable for less than 13.3 years,it is unfeasible and unworthy of the investment.Under the condition of prohibiting coal-fired heating in Beijing,solar heating is a kind of energysaving heating mode,but whose disadvantage is high investment,heating discontinuity if without enough heat storage,and requiring other energy heating assistance.
