摘要
饲料转化效率(Feed conversion efficiency,FCE)是养殖效益的标尺,改善饲料转化效率可以提高饲料利用率,改善脂肪沉积,降低养殖成本。目前,利用GWAS进行饲料转化效率的选育提高和改良是检测FCE遗传变异和发现相关候选基因的新途径,为制定畜禽饲料转化效率的分子育种方案提供了理论依据。从遗传育种角度根本上进行改良的措施研究还有待进一步探讨。通过对FCE分子机理进一步探索,培育出节能、高效的环保型畜禽,对节约养殖成本、环境保护和持续发展均有重大意义。文章通过综述饲料转化效率的概念、评定指标和选择方法、饲料转化效率的应用及其研究进展,进一步说明饲料转化效率在畜禽育种中的应用地位和潜在的发展空间。
Feed conversion eeficiency is the scale of culture benefit. Improving the feed conversion eefi- ciency can improve the feed efficiency,intramuscular fat, milk yield and other economic characters. At pres-ent, using GWAS to improve feed conversion efficiency s a new way to detect genetic variation and discov-er candidate genes related to FCE. It provides the theoretical basis to make the breeding plans of livestock or poultry feed conversion efficiency. The measures from the view of genetic breeding to improve feed con-version efiiciency fundamentally remain to be strengthened, and also have great potential for research, which needs further discussion. Based on the further exploration on FCE molecular mechanism, to developenergy-saving,high efiicient and environ ment friendly livestock and poultry is of great signiiicance to saveproduction cost, environmental protection and sustainable deve lopment. Thisarticle reviewsfeed conver-sion eficiency from the following different aspects: the concepts of feed convindices and selection method, the application and research progress of feed conversion efticiency, which illustrate the application status and growth potential in livestock or poultry genetic breeding.
