摘要
为探讨国外引进种质资源的综合表现,本文以引自俄罗斯的20份亚麻种质资源为材料,对其农艺性状进行了测定。通过主成分分析,选取方差累计贡献率达80%的前3个主成分对供试材料进行综合评价。结果表明,20份种质中,6号(Bilton)种质的综合得分最高,表现最优,可直接应用于生产或作为育种材料加以利用;其次是13号(Б-207)和1号(и-099850×л-1к5408);3号(Astral)和7号(Mc Beth)的综合得分最低,适应性最差。依据系统聚类分析可将20份亚麻种质资源聚为4类。
To breed hith yield varieties,20 flax germplasm imported from Russia were studied based on their comprehensive performance. Investigation on agronomic traits showed that individual germplasm could be directly used in production. By principal component analysis, the first 3 principal components had the cumulative variance contribution rate of 80% . Results showed that No. 6 germplasm ( Bilton) had the highest scores of optimal per-formance, followed by No. 13 (Б-207) and No. 1 (и-099850×л - 1к5408) ; N o. 3 (Astral) and N o.7 (Mc - Beth) had the lowest comprehensive scores with the worst adaptability. Based on system clustering, 20 flax germ-plasm could be divided into 4 groups.
