摘要
目的探讨小剂量美罗华联合冰冻血浆治疗利奈唑胺所致血小板减少症,观察其对血清白细胞介素(IL)-33、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α及干扰素(IFN)-γ水平的影响。方法选取我院就诊的104例利奈唑胺所致血小板减少症患者为研究对象,研究组给予小剂量美罗华联合冰冻血浆治疗,对照组给予小剂量美罗华治疗,并选择同期入我院进行体检的健康者52例为健康组,分别检测2组患者治疗前后和健康组血清IL-33、TNF-α及IFN-γ水平。结果治疗前2组患者血清IL-33、TNF-α和IFN-γ水平明显高于健康组(P<0.05),2组患者间上述血清水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组患者血清IL-33、TNF-α和IFN-γ水平均明显下降,且研究组血清IL-33、TNF-α和IFN-γ水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量美罗华联合冰冻血浆治疗利奈唑腔所致血小板减少症,能显著性降低患者血清IL-33、TNF-α及IFN-γ水平。
Objective To explore the effects of small dose of rituximab combined with frozen plasma on thrombocytopenia induced by Linezolid,as well as on serum levels of IL-33,TNF-α and IFN-γ. Methods One hundred and four patients with thrombocytopenia who sought medical care in the hospital were recruited as research objects,and another 52 normal examinees who had physical examination at the hospital at the same period were chosen as the healthy group. The patients in the study group were given small dose of rituximab combined with frozen plasma,while the patients in the control group received just small dose of rituximab. The levels of serum IL-33,TNF-α and IFN-γ in in the 2 patient groups were respectively detected both before and after treatment,and those levels in the healthy group were measured as well. Results Before treatment,the serum IL-33,TNF-α and IFN-γ levels of the 2 patient groups were significantly higher than those of the healthy group(P〈0. 05),and no statistical differences could be seen in the serum levels of the 2 patient groups(P〈0. 05). After treatment,the serum IL-33,TNF-α and IFN-γ levels of the 2 patient groups were all obviously decreased,and the serum IL-33,TNF-α and IFN-γ levels of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Small dose of rituximab combined with frozen plasma in the treatment of thrombocytopenia could significantly reduce the serum levels of IL-33,TNF-α and IFN-γ,and the effects of the combined treatment with rituximab and frozen plasma were obviously superior to those with single treatment of rituximab.
