自适应网格在鼓泡塔内气液两相流仿真的应用及实验验证 被引量:4

摘要 研究了一种鼓泡塔反应器,气体从鼓泡塔边壁注入与鼓泡塔内的液相发生反应。为准确展现鼓泡塔内气泡形状和分析近壁效应,运用试验和仿真两种方法深入研究鼓泡塔内气液两相流动。试验结果验证了多相流仿真模型的可行性;同时证实了自适应网格的优越性。相比于多面体网格、裁剪网格、结构网格,自适应网格通过自动加密气泡周围的网格提高仿真精度,改善气液两相流中气泡形状(橄榄状),细化气泡直径范围(1~40 mm),准确地捕捉近壁效应区间(6 cm)。可以为同类别研究提供参考依据。 Studied a bubble column reactor, the gas was injected from the side wall of bubble column and reacted with liquid phase in the column. In order to accurately show the shape of the bubbles in the bubble column and analysis the near-wall effect, used the experiment and simulation method to research the gas-liquid flow in bubble column. The experiment results showed the feasibility of multiphase flow simulation model and demonstrated the superiority of adaptive mesh at the same time. Compared to the polyhedral mesh, trimmed mesh and structured mesh, the adaptive mesh improved the simulation accuracy through automatic refinement of the mesh around the bubbles, improved the shape (olive) of the bubble in the gas-liquid flow, refined the range of bubble diameter(l ~40 mm) ,and accurately captured the interval of the near-wall effect (6 cm) . Provided the reference for the industrial application.
