摘要
顶岗实习是职业教育的一个重要环节,要保证顶岗实习质量,规范顶岗实习管理,必须制定符合实际的《顶岗实习标准》,铁路点多线长,铁路专业学生顶实习岗位分散,东西部差异大,制定切实可行的《顶岗实习标准》需要认真调研,立足行业岗位,东西部兼顾,校企共建标准。
Post practice is an important part of vocational education. In order to ensure its agement ,it is necessary to work out the standards of post practice. Owing to the more railway stations,long railway lines, scattered students,and big difference bet^veen the eastern and the western,it is necessary to make a careful investigationwhile making the standards of post practice.
