高校新教师个性与大学生个性之博弈

摘要 在高等教育大众化的过程中,大量的年轻高学历的教师和不同群体的大学生是高校队伍发展的一个基本特征。高校新教师个性和大学生个性中的道德个性、教学个性、知识个性、学习个性、科研个性和实践个性方面互相进行博弈,展现出矛盾和和谐的方面。通过营造积极正面的学校文化,塑造开放和谐的群体文化,构建师生互助的学习共同体,进而促进师生个性的共同发展。 In the process of the popularization of higher education, a large number of young and highly educated teachers and students of different groups are a basic characteristic of university. There are conflicting and harmonious aspects of moral personality,teaching individuality, knowledge individuality, learning personality, research individuality and practice personality between the new teachers and students. By creating a positive school culture and open and harmonious community culture, a teacher-student mutual learning community is constructed and the common development of personality of teachers and students is promoted.
