摘要
通过烟气调质技术,改善不同燃煤烟气灰分的比电阻,提高灰分对电极的趋向黏附特性,灰分更易被收集。通过采用高频电源技术,改善除尘器电场特性,提高电极吸尘能力,提高了除尘效率,通过上述新技术的综合应用改造,使原本超出现行排放指标近3倍的除尘器达到国家现行环保指标要求。
Using flue gas conditioning technology to improve the specific resistance of the ash of different coal burnt flue gas,the ash can be more easily collected.By using high frequency power source technology to improve the characteristics of electric field and the cleaning ability of the electrode,the efficiency of dust removal was enhanced.Through comprehensive application of these new technologies,the dust remover used to exceeding the current emission standard by nearly 3 times has met the current national environmental requirements.
