摘要 法律英语的重要性日益得到认可,而如何有效实施法律英语教学、提高法律英语教学质量已成为当下亟待解决的问题。源于功能语言学和社会符号学的多模态理论对法律英语教学提供思路与启示,多模态教学由于其开放性、全面性和协同性能较好地满足法律英语教学的要求。教师可利用不同的符号系统和各种现代化技术手段,充分调用各种交际模态组织教学,充分发挥各种模态的协同作用,帮助学生更好地获取和感知信息,提高教学效率。 The importance of legal English is increasingly recognized,and how to implement legal English teaching effectively and improve the quality of legal English teaching has become an urgent problem to be solved.Originated from functional linguistics and social semiotics,the Multimodal Theory provides ideas and inspiration for legal English teaching.Multimodal teaching satisfies the requirements of legal English teaching because of its openness,comprehensiveness and collaborative performance.Teachers should use different symbol systems and a variety of modern technical means,and make the best of a variety of communication modals to organize teaching and give full play to the role of various modalities to help students acquire and experience knowledge,and thus improve teaching efficiency.
