摘要
论述了高校辅导员工作的内容、特点及意义。认为高校辅导员需要做好服务工作、管理工作和育人工作,应成为大学生健康成长的知心朋友和人生导师,在大学生日常思想政治教育中处于重要的地位。分析了高校辅导员工作存在的问题和形成问题的原因,并着重就提升高校辅导员工作的有效性、实效性提出了应对思路和对策。
It is pointed out that college counselors need to do service work,management work and education work,and should become the intimate friend and life instructor of healthy growth of college students,which is in the important position of college students＇ daily ideological and political education.The problems and causes of the work of college counselors are analyzed,and the countermeasures are put forward to improve the effectiveness of college counselors＇ work.
