高龄男性的遗传学改变研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 伴随着社会经济发展,国内外男性生育年龄逐渐推迟。2015年开始实施的二孩政策,使得高龄男性生育显著增多。虽然借助辅助生殖技术(ART)可能解决高龄男性的生育问题,但其遗传安全问题不容忽视。随着年龄的增长,受时间和环境的综合影响,男性生精能力下降的同时,精子发生过程中出现的遗传学改变也会增加子代罹患认知神经疾病、常染色体显性疾病、先天性疾病和其他疾病的风险。关注高龄男性的遗传学改变,优化ART治疗方案,防控因高龄男性生殖生育导致的后代健康问题,是生殖医学临床实践的要求。本文就近20年以来,有关高龄男性遗传学改变的研究报道进行综述,总结高龄男性的遗传学改变的证据,并为防控高龄男性的遗传风险提出建议。 With the development of social economic,male reproductive age has been gradually delayed at home and abroad.The two-child policy has been implemented since 2015,which leads to a significant increase in birth in older men.Although the problem of elder male fertility can be resolved by ART,genetic safety issues cannot be ignored.With the increasing of age,by the combined influence of time and environment,the spermatogenesis capacity has decreased,and the genetics changes increase the risk of cognitive neurological disease,autosomal dominant disease,congenital disease and other disease in offspring.So clinical practices of reproductive medicine demand to pay attention to the changes of genetics in men,optimize ART therapy regimen,and prevent and control the health problem of offspring due to reproductive problem in older men.This paper reviews the research progress on the elder male genetics change in the past 20 years,and summarizes the evidence of genetics change in elder men,and put forward some suggestions for prevention and control of the genetic risk in elder men.
