摘要
各教育主体在教育教学过程中扮演不同的角色,教育的发展需要教育系统内各教育主体的各司其职及通力合作。然而,基于教育自身的复杂性及社会的发展变化等各方面原因,现实教育教学中总是存在各教育主体僭越或是被僭越其职责范围的现象,从而导致角色混乱与失调,进而扰乱了正常的教育教学秩序,阻碍了教育功能的发挥。唯有立足于教育系统内外,追寻教育的本真,探索教育中各教育主体应有的角色立场与基本素养,依托教育理论与制度、社会制度的发展与完善,方能让各教育主体"归位",从而使教育系统各环节协调一致,进而解决问题,实现教育目的。
Various educational subjects play different roles in the process of education and teaching,and the development of education requires that educational subjects in the education system perform their roles and cooperate with each other. Nevertheless, due to the complexity of education and the social development and change,we can always find in the actual education and teaching the phenomenon that educational subjects arrogate responsibilities or their responsibilities are arrogated by other educational subjects,thus leading to the role confusion and disorder,the disturbance of normal educational and teaching order,and the interference in the playing of educational function. In view of this,we should seek for the essence of education and explore the role position and basic qualities educational subjects should possess based on the educational system and the social system as well as the development and perfection of the educational theory and system and the social system to help educational subjects return back to their appropriate places,thus the coordination of various links of education system,and then the solution of problems and the attainment of educational aim.
